Atlanta Airport International Terminal (ATL)

Atlanta Airport International Terminal, also known as Maynard Holbrook Jackson Jr International Terminal, is where all the international flights arrive and depart. It is located on the east part of the airport facilities.

International Terminal process all international routes of the Airport. It counts with Concourses E and F.

The new international terminal opened its gates in 2012, as well as Concourse F, in order to process more passengers. Please note that some of the flights will use both Concourses F or E.

Levels

Atlanta Airport International Terminal consists of the following levels:

Level 0

Arrivals and Plane Train level.

Level U

Arrivals. Tunnel to E level.

Level 1

Level 2

Departures area and ticketing. Passengers should go to security checkpoint to access Concourses F and E, where gates are located.

Level 3

Mezzanine. This is where the most part of the services are located. Some of them are: VIP lounges, personal services, business services, among others.

Atlanta Airport International Terminal has within its facilities the following concourses:

Concourse E

Concourse E boarding gates are accessible from the centre of the International Terminal. From there, find several services such as food, drink and retail concessions, airline counters and several lounges.

Boarding gates: E1 to E37.

Access to the E and F concourses connector from the Arrivals level.

Concourse F

Concourse F is accessible from Atlanta Airport International Terminal; it counts with boarding gates F1-F14.

Distances in that terminal can be huge. Please, check walking times here:

Walking times from security check to gates:

Concourse E: 3 to 7 minutes.
Concourse F: 1 to 4 minutes.

Terminal in7 Atlanta Airport

Transfer between terminals

Passengers can move between terminals and concourses through the Plane train, also known as Sky Train.

There is also a free shuttle that runs between Domestic and International Terminals 24/7 every 15 minutes.
